摘要
足球运动员的体能训练是其职业发展的重要组成部分,其训练效果和比赛表现直接关系到其职业生涯的成败。然而,在实际的训练过程中,许多足球运动员往往会面临各种心理问题,如焦虑、恐惧、沮丧等,这些问题会对训练效果和比赛表现产生负面影响。因此,研究足球运动员体能训练中的心理调控策略,可以为教练员提供有效的心理支持和指导,帮助他们更好地管理运动员的心理健康,提高运动员的训练效果和比赛表现。
The physical training of football players is an important part of their career development,and their training effect and match performance are directly related to the success or failure of their careers.However,in the actual training process,many football players often face a variety of psychological problems such as anxiety,fear and depression,which will have a negative impact on the training effect and game performance.Therefore,the study of strategies for the psychological control of football players in physical training can provide coaches with effective psychological support and guidance,so as to help them better manage the psychological health of players,and improve their training effect and competition performance.
