“三全育人”视域下医学院校课程思政建设研究

目的 研究医学院校在“三全育人”方面的课程思政情况。方法 文章通过调研医学院校课程思政建设情况,发现普遍存在人才保障和智力支撑不足、形式单一和协同力度不足、评价反馈和激励强度不足等问题。结果 医学院校需要充分践行“三全育人”理念,运用“引进来”与“走出去”相结合策略,创设多场景育人课堂,打造协同育人平台,利用“大思政课”将课程思政传递的育人观点实践化,促进“立德树人”根本任务落实落地落细。结论 “三全育人”理念为医学院校建设课程思政提供了正确的价值指引,有助于医学院校落实“立德树人”教育使命,培养医学生“医者仁心”精神品格,推进“健康中国”战略发展。

Objective To research on the ideological and political construction of medical college curriculum from the perspective of "Three Comprehensive Education".Methods This article investigated the situation of ideological and political education in medical colleges and universities,and found that there are generally problems such as insufficient talent guarantee and intellectual support,single form and insufficient collaborative efforts,and insufficient evaluation feedback and incentive intensity.Results Medical colleges need to fully implement the concept of "three comprehensive education",deeply promote the construction of ideological and political education in courses,use a combination of "bringing in" and "going out" strategies,create multi-scenario education classrooms,create collaborative education platforms,use "big ideological and political courses" to practice the educational views conveyed by course ideological and political education,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of course ideological and political education,and promote the implementation and implementation of the fundamental task of "cultivating virtue and nurturing people" in detail.Conclusion The concept of "three comprehensive education" provides correct value guidance for the construction of ideological and political courses in medical colleges,which helps medical colleges to implement the educational mission of "cultivating virtue and nurturing people",cultivate the spiritual character of "doctors with benevolence" among medical students,and promote the development of the "Healthy China" strategy.
