摘要
采用生信方法,从理化性质、亲疏水性、跨膜区域、信号肽特征、磷酸化位点以及最佳抗原表位,分析Omicron变异株蛋白序列特征并预测其抗体结合位点。结果表明,该变异株S蛋白理论等电点为7.14,亲水性总平均值为-0.080,为低亲水性分泌蛋白,存在128个磷酸化位点,主要的二级结构类型为无规卷曲,抗原表位区域在614~629、770~776范围,获得该病毒S蛋白关键抗体结合位点。
Objective:To analyze the protein sequence characteristics of Omicron variant and predict the antibody binding site.Methods:The sequence characteristics,physical and chemical properties,hydrophilicity,transmembrane region,signal peptide characteristics,phosphorylation site and optimal epitope of S protein were analyzed by bioinformatic method.Results:The theoretical isoelectric point of S protein was 7.14,the total mean value of hydrophilicity was-0.080,and it was a low hydrophilic protein with 128 phosphorylation sites.The main secondary structure type was random coil,and the epitope region of the mutant was 614-629,770-776.Conclusion:The key antibody binding site of the virus S protein was obtained.
