基于5G和边缘计算技术的智能仓储数字化管理平台的研究与实践

摘要 在“互联网+”战略的驱动下,智能仓储管理与物联网、云计算、大数据等新兴互联网技术逐渐融合,形成了一套较为完整的体系结构,有效提升了管理效率和工作正确率。文中基于现有半自动化仓储管理系统的问题点,构建了基于物联网技术综合智慧软件及配套智能硬件,旨在研发一款基于物联网技术的智能仓储管理平台。该平台包含三大核心系统,即智能识别系统、仓库管理系统、智能控制系统;包含七大功能模块,即库存数量管理、进出库管理、物料分配管理、AVG配送管理、货物识别管理、系统基础配置管理和报表展示模块。利用强大的智能决策中心、数据运营中心、监控预警中心、设备控制中心,可以最大化地发挥仓储效能,为不同行业的大、中、小型仓库和自动化无人仓库提供系统解决方案。 Driven by the“Internet+”strategy,intelligent warehouse management is gradually integrated with emerging Internet technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data,forming a relatively complete architecture,which effectively improves management efficiency and work accuracy.Based on the problems of the existing semi automatic warehouse management system,this paper constructs a comprehensive intelligent software and supporting intelligent hardware based on the Internet of Things technology,aiming to develop an intelligent warehouse management platform based on the Internet of Things technology.The platform includes three core systems,namely intelligent identification system,warehouse management system,and intelligent control system.Contains seven functional modules,namely inventory quantity management,inbound and outbound warehouse management,material distribution management,AVG distribution management,cargo identification management,system basic configuration management,and report display modules.Maximize warehousing efficiency through powerful intelligent decision centers,data operation centers,monitoring and early warning centers,and equipment control centers,and provide system solutions for large,medium,and small warehouses and automated unmanned warehouses in different industries.
