With the widespread adoption of mobile health applications,its issues of data privacy and security have garnered extensive attention.This paper analyzes the current state of data privacy and security within mobile health apps,examining data processing methods,security challenges faced,factors influencing data privacy and security,and risk assessment mechanisms.Additionally,the dual impact of technology and regulations,the impact of user behavior on data security,and current best practices for data protection are also studied.In conjunction with these analyses,this paper proposes a set of forward-looking strategies and recommendations aimed at enhancing the data protection capabilities of mobile health applications.
