医共体模式下某县域病理中心建设实践与成效

Construction practice and effectiveness of a county-level pathology center under the medical community model

目的:借“山海”提升工程契机,通过省级医院与县级医院合作帮扶模式,探讨县域病理中心的发展成效。方法:浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院病理科下沉专家于2021年6月1日~2023年11月30日,针对浙江省舟山市普陀区人民医院(普陀县域病理中心)目前存在的问题开展帮扶工作。根据浙江省“山海”协作考核要求,将2020年(帮扶前)和2022年(帮扶后)的数据进行对比。结果:普陀县域病理中心在科研课题上有了零的突破;在“山海”协作考核项目上,包括开展病理诊断项目满足临床需求新增7项,比帮扶前(2020年)增加41.18%;病理制片优良率达到99.10%,比帮扶前(2020年)提升12.10%;为县域其他医疗机构提供病理诊断服务时长从3.1天缩短为2.3天,缩短了0.8天。结论:“山海”提升工程帮扶下的普陀县域病理中心,在科研课题、新技术新项目开展、数字化建设、服务功能及专业人才队伍建设等方面得到完善、调整和提升,使海岛百姓受益,获得省级医院“同质化”医疗资源。

Objective:Leveraging the "Mountain-Sea" enhancement project opportunity,through the cooperative assistance model between provincial and county-level hospitals,to explore the development effectiveness of the county-level pathology center.Methods:Expertise from the Department of Pathology at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine,was deployed from June 1,2021,to November 30,2023,to assist the People's Hospital of Putuo District,Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province(Putuo County-level Pathology Center) in addressing its current challenges.According to the "Mountain-Sea" collaboration assessment requirements of Zhejiang Province,data from 2020(before assistance) and 2022(after assistance) were compared.Results:The Putuo County-level Pathology Center made a breakthrough in research topics;in the "Mountain-Sea" collaboration assessment projects,including the addition of 7 new pathology diagnostic projects to meet clinical needs,an increase of 41.18% compared to before assistance(2020);the rate of excellent pathology slides reached 99.10%,an increase of 12.10% compared to before assistance(2020);and the service duration for providing pathology diagnostic services to other medical institutions in the county was reduced from 3.1 days to 2.3 days,shortening by 0.8 days.Conclusion:Under the assistance of the "Mountain-Sea" enhancement project,the Putuo County-level Pathology Center has been improved,adjusted,and upgraded in aspects such as research topics,the launch of new technologies and projects,digital construction,service functions,and professional talent team construction,benefiting the island residents and accessing "homogenized" medical resources from provincial hospitals.
