Research on the Localized Maintenance Technology of Railway Freight Cars

在国内,许多大型企业拥有自己的铁路线路和自备货车,其铁路货车的状态维护和检修主要在自备线路的检修场所内进行或用汽车运输至专业检修车辆段、检修工厂进行。这两种方式不是增加了运输和检修成本,就是无法保证车辆检修质量,均难以满足企业对铁路货运安全、高效运行的要求。文章研究和阐述了企业利用自身检修优势对铁路货车进行属地化专业检修的相关技术。

In China,many large enterprises have their own railway lines and self-provided freight cars,and the condition maintenance and repair of their freight cars are mainly carried out in the maintenance places within their self-owned lines or transported by automobiles to professional maintenance depots and factories.These two ways either increase the cost of transportation and maintenance,or cannot guarantee the quality of vehicle maintenance,so both are difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises on the safe and efficient operation of railroad freight.In this context,this paper researches and elaborates the localized maintenance technology carried out by railway freight car professional maintenance enterprises utilizing their own maintenance advantages.
