磁性粒子Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)掺杂铝基锂吸附剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 用Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)磁性粒子和铝基吸附剂复合制备一种层状磁性铝基吸附剂(MLDHs),利用XRD、SEM等对MLDHs的结构形貌进行表征。考察了MLDHs对溶液中锂离子的吸附性能,研究了吸附过程的吸附等温线、吸附动力学以及循环稳定性。结果表明:MLDHs适合在p H为3~5的溶液中进行锂吸附,其吸附容量最高达到12.42 mg/g。在混合离子溶液中,MLDHs对锂离子表现出良好的选择性和优先吸附。经过5次吸附-解吸循环后,MLDHs的吸附容量未发生明显变化。吸附等温线和吸附动力学分别符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学模型。 A layered magnetic aluminum-based adsorbents(MLDHs)were prepared by combining Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)magnetic particles and aluminum-based adsorbents.The structure and morphology of MLDHs were characterized by XRD and SEM.The adsorption performance of MLDHs for lithium ions in solution was investigated,and the adsorption isotherm,adsorption kinetics and cycle stability of the adsorption process were studied.The results showed that MLDHs were suitable for lithium adsorption in the pH range of 3-5,and their adsorption capacity can reach up to 12.42 mg/g.In mixed-ion solutions,MLDHs exhibited good selectivity and preferential adsorption for lithium ions.After five adsorption-desorption cycles,the adsorption capacity of MLDHs did not change significantly.The adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics fit the Langmuir model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model,respectively.
