制造业服务化与企业出口贸易的生存分析

摘要 在外贸出现困局的当下,企业需要通过高质量的配套服务以实现产品在海外市场的竞争力。关注制造企业服务化问题的文献并不缺乏,但现有研究很少针对服务化与企业出口存续关系做出研判,以我国上市制造企业为样本做出相应的理论与实证研究。估计结果表明,以收入占比衡量的产出服务化和以人员结构占比衡量的投入服务化都会对企业的出口延续产生显著的正向影响。研究同时指出,服务化可以通过增加产品的差异性并增强企业创新的能力来延续企业的出口外贸活动。相较于加工贸易,从事一般贸易的企业其出口活动会随着服务化程度的加深而得到更有力的维系,且本土企业可以更有效的利用服务化来延续自己的出口外贸活动。研究揭示了我国出口贸易和制造企业商业模式创新之间的内在联系,通过深层次的发掘,探析到诸多潜在的规律特点。 In the current downturn of foreign trade,enterprises seek to bolster their products competitiveness in overseas markets through accompanying high-quality services.There is no shortage of literature focusing on the service transformation of manufacturing enterprises,yet a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between service transformation and export activities is rare.This study,based on listed manufacturing enterprises in China,presents corresponding theoretical and empirical research.The estimations indicate that both output service transformation measured by revenue proportion and input service transformation gauged by personnel structure proportion significantly and positively impact the sustained export performance of enterprises.Moreover,the research highlights that service transformation can perpetuate a company s export trade by enhancing product differentiation and fostering innovation capabilities.When we contrast general trade with processing trade,we find companies engaged in general trade witness stronger continuity in their export activities as the level of service transformation deepens.Additionally,local enterprise can effectively leverage service transformation to sustain their export trade.This study unveils the intrinsic link between China s export trade and manufacturers business model innovation and numerous latent patterns and characteristics through in-depth exploration.
