摘要
介绍了侧围外板材料利用率提升的方法,通过对零件结构及材料尺寸展开分析,实施了子部品一体化设计、工艺补充优化以及材料二次利用3种对策。经最终实物效果确认:采取对策后提升了侧围外板材料利用率,并且满足质量要求,为后续车型其他零件的材料利用率提升提供参考。
The scheme to improve the material utilization rate of the side wall outer plate was intro-duced,through analyzing the structure and material size unfolded of the parts,three strategies in-cluding integrated design of the sub-parts,process supplement optimization,and secondary materi-als utilization were implemented.It confirmed by the final physical effect that the material utiliza-tion rate of the side wall outer plate was improved after taking strategies,and the quality require-ments were met,which provided references for the material utilization rate of other parts of subse-quent models.
