摘要
以某车型行李箱外板上段为例,介绍了其冲压工艺方案,正翻边和侧翻边均采用了夹料翻边的工艺,将回弹量控制在1.5 mm以内,为A面回弹补偿提供了曲率连续的可行性。借助AutoForm-PD软件实现了A面的参数化回弹补偿,并且保证了A面的曲率凸凹性、高亮斑马线、曲率梳等特性与原零件一致,最终借助AutoForm分析补偿后的回弹量,整体零件尺寸回弹量均控制在±0.3 mm,验证了冲压工艺方案和回弹补偿策略的可行性。
Taking the upper section of a car luggage outer plate as an example,the characteristics of its stamping process scheme were introduced.The clamping flanging process scheme was adopt-ed in both front and side flanging,and the springback was controlled within 1.5 mm,which provid-ed the feasibility of curvature continuity for the A surface springback compensation.With the help of AutoForm-PD software,the parametric springback compensation of A surface was realized,and the A surface characteristics of curvature convexity-concavity,high light zebra crossing,and curva-ture comb were consistent with the original parts.Finally,the AutoForm was used to analyze the springback after compensation,and the overall part size was controlled within±0.3 mm,which ver-ified the feasibility of the stamping process scheme and the springback compensation strategy.
