摘要
针对侧围外板后保险杠处起皱和开裂问题,通过CAE成形分析找出问题产生的原因,并对拉深工艺、零件造型、工艺排布等进行优化,改善成形过程,解决了零件起皱和开裂问题。
Aiming at the wrinkling and cracking problems on the rear bumper position of side wall outer plate,the causes of the problem were found out by using CAE forming analysis,and the drawing process supplement,part modeling,and process arrangement were optimized to improve the forming process,which solved the problem of wrinkling and cracking on the parts.
