摘要
运用UG软件对吸乳护罩进行实体造型,并对拔模角度和壁厚均匀程度进行分析,设计了吸乳护罩模具。针对护罩圆盖内壁的4个扣位,设计了由一个燕尾槽块带动4个抽芯的组合滑块结构,并根据模具结构设计了冷却效果良好的冷却水路。经批量生产证明:模具结构合理,脱模动作可靠。
The UG software was used to analyze the solid modeling,demoulding taper,and wall thickness uniformity of the breast pump shield,and then the breast pump shield mould was de-signed.According to the four fasteners on the inner wall of the shield,a combination slider struc-ture driven by a dovetail groove block was designed,and the cooling channels with good effect were designed according to the mould structure.The mass production proved that the mould struc-ture was reasonable and the demoulding action was reliable.
