摘要
以覆盖件精致工艺扣分项的各类缺陷为优化对象,结合铝板材料特性,通过调整工艺补充面、回弹补偿、棱线锐化设计、加工数模面强压与避空设计等方式,在模具工艺方案、结构、加工数模面等设计阶段分别从成形性、外观品质、曲面质量等方面探讨了提升精致工艺的方法,并通过实际案例验证了其可行性。
Based on various defects of fine process deduction items of cover panels,combined with the material characteristics of aluminum sheet,by adjusting the process supplement surface,springback compensation,chine line sharpening design,prestressing and clearance avoidance de-sign of machining model surface,the methods to improve the fine process were discussed in terms of formability,appearance quality,and surface quality in the design stage of the die process scheme,structure and machining model surface.The feasibility was verified by a practical case.
