摘要
针对地方工科院校高职教育师资队伍建设面临的机遇、挑战及逻辑遵循,以及授课方式方法有待改进、实践能力有待提升、具有行业企业经历的专兼职教师有待增强、教师管理模式有待完善等问题,要加强党建引领推动人才队伍建设,提出做好应用型院校高职教育“双师型”师资队伍顶层设计,围绕重点领域实施建设计划,完善长效机制健全“服务体系”,构建适应高职教育并满足高水平应用型大学高质量发展的“双师型”师资队伍。
In view of the opportunity,challenge and logical considerations in the construction of the teaching staff for higher vocational education in local engineering colleges,as well as the need for improvement in teaching methods,enhancement of practical abilities,strengthening of full-time and part-time teachers with industry and enterprise experience and the need for improvement in teacher management model.We should strengthen the Party’s leadership and promote the construction of talent teams,this paper puts forward the top-level design of“Double-qualified”teaching staff for application-oriented colleges in vocational education.It suggests the implementation of construction plans around key areas,the improvement of long-term mechanism and the improvement of“service system”,and building a“Double-qualified”teaching staff to meet the needs of higher vocational education and the high-quality development of high-level application-oriented universities.
