化学驱新技术及华北油田化学驱现状与展望

New technology in chemical flooding and its current status and prospects in Huabei oilfield

摘要 化学驱是大幅提升油田采收率的重要技术。化学驱理论和技术持续创新,应用规模不断扩大,其中聚合物驱矿场提高采收率约14%,二元复合驱和三元复合驱矿场提高采收率均在18%以上,纳米驱油技术预期采收率可达80%以上,中相微乳液驱表面活性剂体系性能不断突破,矿场取得良好增油效果。针对华北油田复杂断块砂岩油藏的实际情况,采用以可动凝胶为主的深部调驱技术,进一步提高了油田采收率。为进一步提高华北油田采收率,可以在深化油藏剩余油分布规律认识的基础上,加强基础理论研究,推动化学驱技术的持续创新和有序接替,配套开发化学驱地面工程,以期实现油田开发的可持续发展。 Chemical flooding is an important technology to substantially enhanced oil recovery(EOR)of oilfields.The chemical flooding theory and technology were continually innovated so that the application scale were constantly expanding.Particularly,the polymer flooding technology enhanced oil recovery about 14%,while,the data was more than 18%for SP compound system flooding technology and ASP compound system flooding technology.Based on the understanding of the progress and prospect of chemical flooding technology,this paper introduced the actual situation of the development of complex fault-block sandstone reservoirs in Huabei oilfield.The expected recovery rate of nano oil displacement technology could reach over 80%.The per⁃formance of surfactant system for mid phase micro lotion flooding had been continuously broken through,which had made good oil increase effect in the field.Deepened the understanding of chemical flooding technol⁃ogy and analyzed the actual situation of complex fault block sandstone reservoirs in Huabei oilfield,this paper focused on the current situation of the deep control and flooding technology sequence based on movable gel and the further improvement of oil recovery after control and flooding.It is necessary to deepen the understanding of the distribution law of remaining oil in the reservoir,continuously strengthen the basic theoretical research and constantly promote innovation in technology.In addition,chemical flooding technology also needs to devel⁃op the surface engineering in order to achieve sustainable development of oilfield development.
