基于区块链的建筑施工存证管理研究

摘要 当前建筑领域存证管理中存在数据无法共享以及难以溯源等问题,而区块链技术去中心化、不可篡改、可追溯的特性为解决溯源等问题提供解决方案。因此根据建筑的生命期进行阶段划分,并就施工阶段的存证管理为主要研究内容,通过对区块链的初步学习和实践,利用Hyperledger Fabric平台,以宁波大学潘天寿艺术学院的主教学楼和青艺堂施工验收材料数据为数据源,分析和设计基于区块链的建筑存证系统,从而实现施工阶段各单位建立共识并共享存证数据的功能,而后试图推广至商业建筑中。 At present,there are some problems in the management of certificates in the construction field,such as data cannot be shared and it is difficult to trace back.The decentralization,non-tampering and traceable characteristics of blockchain technology provide solutions to solve the problems of traceability.Therefore,according to the life cycle of the building,the stage is divided,and taking the construction stage of the certificate management as the main research content,through the preliminary study and practice of the blockchain,uses the Hyperledger Fabric platform,the construction acceptance material data of the main teaching building and the Qingyi Hall of the Pan Tianshou Art College of Ningbo University are used as the data source to analyze and design the building certificate system based on the blockchain,so as to realize the function of each unit in the construction stage to establish a consensus and share the certificate data,and then try to promote it to commercial buildings.
