摘要
在乌江特大桥健康检测系统建设中,提出基于数字孪生技术的无损检测(NDT)方法,结合三维建模技术、传感器技术、有限元(FE)分析和代理模型,FE模型中的每个节点都可视为虚拟传感器,用于反映该桥结构性能。通过数字孪生技术的NDT方法,能够全面检测整座桥梁的结构性能,提供有力支持。此外,充分整合FE模型的结构分析能力和代理模型易建模和成本较低等特点,降低维护成本,并延长桥梁使用寿命。
Taking the construction of health monitoring system for WuJiang Bridge,propose a non-destructive testing(NDT)method based on digital twin technology,combines three-dimensional modeling technology,sensor technology,finite element(FE)method,and surrogate model,the FE model can be regarded as a virtual sensor to reflect the performance of the bridge structure.Through the NDT method of digital twin technology,the structural performance of the entire bridge is comprehensively monitored,providing strong support.In addition,this method fully integrates the structural analysis ability of the FE model and the easy modeling and low cost characteristics of the proxy model,maintenance costs is reduced and the service life of the bridge is extended.
