摘要
在丹河特大桥项目中,为解决独塔双索面特大斜拉桥主塔施工时存在的模板拼装难度大、下料精度要求高、拉索锚固区结构复杂的问题,利用BIM+技术,进行预制梁厂选址与布置规划,并将图纸进行深化优化,指导钢筋下料加工,进行钢结构数控加工,更好地管理施工过程。基于BIM+CAE技术优化施工方案,深化模板工程,并设计临时支架。基于BIM+GIS核算土石方工程量、优化排洪方案。通过BIM+大数据技术提供可视化、数据化的决策管理平台,有效节约成本、缩短工期,提升精细化管理水平。
In the Danhe Bridge project,in order to solve the problems of difficult formwork assembly,high blanking accuracy and complex structure of cable anchorage zone in the construction of the main tower of the single tower double cable plan cable-stayed bridge,BIM+technology is used to carry out the site selection and layout planning of the prefabricated beam field,and the drawings are deepened and optimized to guide the blanking processing of the steel rebar,carry out the numerical control processing of the steel structure,and better manage the construction process.Based on BIM+CAE technology,the construction scheme is optimized,the formwork project is deepened,and the temporary support is designed.Based on BIM+GIS,the amount of earthwork is calculated and the flood discharge scheme is optimized.Through BIM+big data technology to provide a visual,data-based decision-making management platform,effectively save costs,shorten the construction period,and improve the level of fine management.
