沙特NEOM隧道项目安全管理体系研究

摘要 由于自身特性及地形条件等多种因素影响,隧道工程容易产生各类安全隐患。随着隧道建设的日益复杂化,这些隐患不仅增加了施工过程中的安全威胁,同时也加大了对安全监督与管理的挑战,从而进一步提高了隧道建设项目中发生安全事故的概率。因此,构建一套全面且有效的隧道项目安全管理系统至关重要。结合沙特NEOM隧道项目建设实践,开展隧道施工安全风险管理和安全评估技术研究,为NEOM隧道项目提供了一套全面的安全风险评估和管理理论体系以及相应的风险等级评价标准,有助于项目管理者更好地了解和管理风险,确保项目安全。 Tunnel engineering is prone to various safety hazards due to multiple factors such as its own characteristics and terrain conditions,etc.With the increasing complexity of tunnel construction,these hidden dangers not only increase the safety threats in the construction process,but also increase the challenges to safety supervision and management,thus further improving the probability of safety accidents in tunnel construction projects.Therefore,it is very important to build a comprehensive and effective tunnel project safety management system.Based on the construction practice of the NEOM tunnel project in Saudi Arabia,research on safety risk management and safety assessment technology in tunnel construction is carried out,which not only provides a comprehensive safety risk assessment and management theoretical system and corresponding risk level evaluation standard for the NEOM tunnel project,but also is helpful for project managers to better understand and manage risks and ensure project safety.
