摘要
随着地铁项目建设规模逐年增大,地铁车站深基坑施工项目也在大量兴建。半盖挖法施工是在地铁车站基坑施工过程中快速恢复地表交通、同时保证基坑正常开挖的有效措施。但半盖挖法施工过程中基坑钢支撑吊装一直是基坑支撑施工的难点。针对地铁车站深基坑半铺盖系统,提出了一种盖板下门式起重机吊装技术。同时依托实际工程经验,整理了吊装施工过程中各环节的关键技术要点。针对盖板下门式起重机吊装施工过程进行了风险分析,提出了应急处理措施。
With the increasing scale of subway project construction year by year,a large number of deep foundation excavation construction projects for subway station are also under construction.The half-cover excavation method is an effective measure to quickly restore the surface traffic and ensure the normal excavation of the foundation excavation during the construction of the foundation excavation of the subway station.However,the hoisting of foundation excavation steel support during the construction using the half-cover excavation method has always been a difficulty in the construction of foundation excavation support.In accordance with the semi-covered system of deep foundation pits in subway stations,a lifting technology of gantry cranes under cover plates is proposed.Meanwhile,based on the practical engineering experience,the key technical points of each link in the hoisting construction process are sorted out.The risk analysis is carried out for the hoisting construction process of the gantry crane under the cover plate,and the corresponding emergency treatment measures are put forward.
