暗挖车站内盾构脱壳解体接收技术研究

摘要 盾构法施工速度快、安全性高,成为城市地铁施工的主要手段,但城区地面环境复杂,一般无法为盾构提供接收条件,因此多采取站内或洞内盾构解体接收。暗挖车站内空间封闭、施工受限,针对暗挖车站内盾构脱壳解体接收技术做了研究;提出当确定解体接收盾构时,应在车站施工阶段将下沉段和中板吊装孔洞规划在内,并提前在洞门上方车站中板结构处做注浆加固,防止出现注浆死角;下沉段长度宜设置为0.5~1倍盾体长度;且洞内解体方案优于站内解体;通过方案比选,提出将部分盾尾留置在洞内的拆机方案优于将盾尾全部脱出或全部留置方案。 Shield method has fast construction speed and high safety,which has become the main means of urban subway construction.However,the complex ground environment in urban areas generally can not provide receiving conditions for shield tunnel.Therefore,shield disintegrating and receiving in stations or caves are often adopted,and the space inside dug stations is closed and the construction is limited.The receiving technology of shield hulling and disintegrating in dug station is studied.It is proposed that when determining the disintegrating receiving shield,the sinking section and middle plate hoisting holes should be planned in station construction stage,and grouting reinforcement should be done in advance at the station middle plate structure above the tunnel door to prevent the grouting dead angle.The length of the sinking section should be set as 05~1 times of the shield length.The cavern disintegration scheme is better than the station disintegration scheme.Through the scheme comparison,it is proposed that part of the shield tail in the hole is better than all of the shield tail out or all of the retention.
