人力资本、社会资本对农民创业行为的影响

The Influence of Human Capital and Social Capital on Farmers' Entrepreneurial Behavior

农民创业对促进农村的产业融合、拓宽增收渠道、促进农村经济持续发展、推动乡村振兴等都具有积极意义。基于CLDS数据,运用logistic模型实证分析人力资本和社会资本对农民创业行为的影响。结果表明:人力资本的三个维度,即受教育程度、健康状况、工作经历对农民创业行为均具有显著的正向效应;社会资本的不同维度对农民创业行为的影响有所不同,其中社会资本的网络结构特征显著正向影响农民的创业行为,而社会资本的网络关系特征对农民创业行为的影响不显著。据此,提出了拓展农民知识能力,提供交流平台等提高农民人力资本和社会资本,促进农民创业的对策建议。

Farmers'entrepreneurship is of positive significance to promote the development of rural industrial integration,broaden the channels of income increase,promote the sustainable development of rural economy,and promote rural revitalization.Based on CLDs data,this paper uses logistic model to analyze the impact of human capital and social capital on farmers'entrepreneurial behavior.The results show that the three dimensions of human capital:educational attainment,health condition and work experience have significant positive effects on farmers'entrepreneurial behavior;different dimensions of social capital have different effects on farmers'entrepreneurial behavior.The network structure of social capital has a significant positive impact on farmers'entrepreneurial behavior,while the network relationship of social capital has no significant impact on farmers'entrepreneurial behavior.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as expanding farmers'knowledge ability,providing communication platform,improving farmers'human capital and social capital,and promoting farmers'entrepreneurship.
