摘要
通过简单的一步水热法,以尿素为还原剂,以聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)为改性剂,合成PDDA改性还原氧化石墨烯(PDDA-RGO)纳米复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、紫外和红外等技术对合成的PDDA-RGO进行结构表征。使用合成的PDDA-RGO修饰玻碳电极制备电化学传感器,用于检测阿司匹林(ASP)的浓度,检测范围为5~2000μmol·L^(-1),线性方程为I=0.2487 c(ASP)+6.4128,线性相关系数R^(2)=0.9964,检测限为1.18μmol·L^(-1),空白加标回收率为99.4%~101.7%。结果表明,制备的传感器可以成功地应用于检测样品中阿司匹林的含量。
This experiment synthesized polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride(PDDA)modified graphene(PDDA-RGO)nanocomposites by a simple one-step hydrothermal method using urea as a reducing agent and poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(PDDA)as a modifier.The structure of the synthesized PDDA-RGO was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,ultraviolet(UV),infrared(IR),and other techniques.An electrochemical sensor based on pdda-rgo modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared to detect Aspirin concentration at 5~2000μmol·L^(-1).The linear equation is I=0.2487 c(ASP)+6.4128,correlation linear coefficient R^(2)=0.9964,detection limit 1.18μmol·L^(-1).The ranges of blank spiking recovery rate are from 99.4%to 101.7%.The results indicate that the sensor can be successfully applied to detect the content of aspirin in samples.
