摘要
文章基于全国75所高校1 256名退役复学大学生的调查数据,并以学校适应理论模型为依据,分析学校归属感、角色认同、复学适应对满意度的影响作用。结果表明:(1)退役复学大学生的学校归属感、角色认同、复学适应均可正向影响满意度。(2)复学2年以内群体的角色认同不会直接显著影响满意度,而是通过复学适应间接显著影响满意度。(3)复学2年以上群体的复学适应不再直接显著影响满意度,且角色认同对满意度的作用也呈现出边缘显著水平。研究结果揭示了退役复学大学生满意度的影响机制,其能为各高校的退役军人服务保障工作提供理论启示与实践指引。
Based on the survey data of 1256 retired college students returning to school from 75 colleges and universities across the country,and using the social adaptation theory as a framework to verify and analyze the impact mechanism of school belonging,identity,and return to school adaptation on satisfaction,and then dig deep into the relationship between different influencing factors path relationship.The results show that the three factors of school belonging,identity,and re-school adaptation can positively affect satisfaction;both school belonging and identity can indirectly affect satisfaction through re-school adaptation;different return years will affect the satisfaction mechanism make an impact.The results of the study reveal the influence mechanism of the satisfaction of college students returning to school,which can provide the necessary direction for the service guarantee of veterans in the new era.
