创新创业教育与辅导员思想政治教育融合路径探究

Research on the Integration Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Ideological and Political Education of Counselors

在“大众创业,万众创新”时代背景下,高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,是开展大学生创新创业教育的中坚力量。由于辅导员自身认知、知识储备和学校管理机制等问题,当前大学生创新创业教育存在辅导员角色缺位现象。基于辅导员九大工作职责,聚焦校园文化建设、学生队伍建设、专创融合发展、教师自我建构、心理协同育人、宣传阵地建设、理念体系借鉴和多维平台搭建等八个方面,创新创业教育与高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的“八位一体”深度融合,能够最大限度地发挥二者协同育人作用,推动创新创业教育为高校思政育人工作带来新动能。

In the era of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,college counselors,as the organizers,implementers and guides of ideological and political education of college students,are the backbone of innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students.Due to the problems of self-cognition,knowledge reserve and school management mechanism,the role of counselors in college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education is absent.Based on the nine job responsibilities of counselors,focusing on the eight aspects such as campus cultural construction,student team building,integrated development of specialty and innovation,teachers’self-construction,psychological collaborative education,publicity position construction,concept system reference and multi-dimensional platform construction,innovation and entrepreneurship education and college counselors’ideological and political education work are deeply integrated.The“eight-in-one”integration can give full play to the collaborative educational effect of the two,and promote innovation and entrepreneurship education to bring new momentum to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.
