新时代背景下高职院校创新创业路径研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

在“大众创业、万众创新”的时代背景下,创新创业成为缓解高校应届毕业生就业压力的一种重要途径。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,坚持创新引领创业、创业带动就业,提升人力资源素质,实现大学生更加充分、更高质量就业,致力于深入实施创新创业“校企”专项行动,在“课堂+企业+学生”的“三位一体”共融共赢、共同发展的基础上,再通过“理实一体化、发展共同化和项目精细化”协同共建校企“双创生态圈”。

Under the influence of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”in the new era,innovation and entrepreneurship has become an important way to ease the employment pressure of college graduates.To implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating taalents,we should base on the new stage,new concept,new structure to achieve high-quality employment for college students.Committed to the in-depth implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship“school and enterprise”special action,this paper proposes that we should base on the“classroom+enterprise+student”trinity of integration and win-win,common development,through the“integration of science and practice,and project refinement”to jointly build the school and enterprise“double creation ecosystem”.
