摘要
该文以心理资本为理论基础,探讨了高职院校心理健康教育的现状及面临的问题,包括形式化问题、心理资本培养不足、未关注学生心理需求、缺乏策略整合和评估等;强调了提升心理资本对高职院校心理健康教育的重要性,并提出了心理健康教育工作的策略,其中着重强调了转变观念、开发课程和活动、整合资源、强调职业教育特色以及建立持续性心理评估体系等措施。旨在不断优化高职院校心理健康教育工作,为学生提供更具针对性的心理健康教育,全面促进学生的心理成长和发展。
Based on psychological capital as the theoretical basis,this paper explores the current situation and problems faced by mental health education in higher vocational colleges,including formalization,insufficient cul⁃tivation of psychological capital,failure to pay attention to students’psychological needs,and lack of strategic in⁃tegration and evaluation.It emphasizes the importance of improving psychological capital for mental health educa⁃tion in higher vocational colleges,and proposes strategies for mental health education,which focuses on measures such as changing concepts,developing courses and activities,integrating resources,emphasizing the characteris⁃tics of vocational education,and establishing a sustained psychological assessment system.It aims to continuously optimize mental health education in higher vocational colleges,provide students with more targeted mental health education,and comprehensively promote students’psychological growth and development.
