芬顿氧化技术处理焦化废水反渗透浓缩液探究

摘要 焦化废水处理系统所产生的反渗透浓缩液具有含盐量高、有机污染物难降解等特点,且因污染物含量不达标成为行业痛点。本文利用芬顿氧化技术以正交实验的方法探究了不同参数下COD和TOC的变化。多组平行实验结果表明,当过氧化氢与原水COD质量比为4、过氧化氢与亚铁离子的摩尔比为1时,污水中COD的去除率最高且超过70%,达到了《炼焦化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 16171-2012)表2的间接排放标准,最终论证了二次芬顿法可有效提高有机污染物的去除效果。该研究对反渗透浓缩液的处理具有重要的工程指导价值,为焦化废水反渗透浓缩液的处理提供了新思路,同时也对其他行业浓缩液污染物的去除有一定的借鉴作用。 The reverse osmosis concentrate produced by the coking wastewater treatment system has the characteristics of high salt content and diffi cult degradation of organic pollutants,and it has become a pain point in the industry because the pollutants are not up to standard.The changes of COD and TOC under different parameters were investigated by orthogonal experiment using Fenton oxidation technology.Multiple sets of parallel experiments show that when the mass ratio of hydrogen peroxide to raw water COD is 4 and the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to ferrous ion is 1,the COD removal rate of sewage is the highest and exceeds 70%,which meets the indirect emission standard of table 2 of“Emission Standard of Pollutants for Coking Chemical Industry”(GB16171-2013).Finally,it is demonstrated that secondary Fenton can effectively improve the removal effect of organic pollutants.This study has important engineering guiding value for the treatment of reverse osmosis concentrate,provides a new idea for the treatment of reverse osmosis concentrate of coking wastewater,and also has a certain reference for the removal of concentrate pollutants in other industries.
