The purpose of this paper is to study the operation management and maintenance strategy of the ventilation system of environmentally friendly buildings,so as to improve the building energy efficiency and indoor air quality.Firstly,the concept and importance of environmental protection building are introduced.Secondly,the function and infl uencing factors of ventilation system in environmental protection building are discussed.Then,the key problems of ventilation system operation management are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.Finally,the maintenance strategy of ventilation system and its importance are discussed,and some suggestions are provided.
