Environmental and Safety Management Measures in the Improvement and Renovation of Chip Packaging Testing Projects

环保安全管理是现代企业项目建设中的重要组成部分,在当前中国式现代化改革时期,实践主体应持续提高环保安全管理水平为其实践赋能。文章以此为出发点,概述了某芯片封装测试项目提升改造的基本情况,运用安全评价方法对其中存在的风险进行了识别分析,并在此基础上分别从全过程管理、技术赋能、人才培训三个层面提出防止风险的具体措施。

Environmental protection and safety management is an important part of modern enterprise project construction.In the current period of Chinese modernization reform,practice subject should continue to improve the level of environmental protection and safety management to empower its practice.The article takes this as a starting point to outline the basic situation of the improvement and renovation of a certain chip packaging testing project.It uses safety evaluation methods to identify and analyze the existing risks,and based on this,proposes several specifi c measures that are conducive to preventing and controlling its risks from three levels:whole process management,technical empowerment,and talent training.
