金融创新与绿色经济发展的协同效应研究--来自甘肃省的经验证据

Research on Synergistic Effect between Financial Innovation and Green Economy Development:Empirical Evidence from Gansu Province

在“双碳”目标背景下探讨金融创新与绿色经济之间的协同效应是经济高质量发展的内在要求。论文利用2010—2019年甘肃省时间序列数据,通过构建金融创新与绿色经济的协同模型与评价指标体系,采用CVM-AHP模型对金融创新与绿色经济“协同效应”中的序参量进行测算。研究发现:(1)金融创新与绿色经济子系统的有序度均呈现出总体向上的态势,但是二者分别呈现出不同的波动性特征,说明两个子系统的协同步调并不一致。(2)金融创新子系统和绿色经济子系统有序度随时间推移总体呈现上升趋势,并且绿色经济子系统有序度发展增速高于金融创新子系统有序度发展增速,说明绿色经济对金融创新的需求推动作用明显,金融创新对绿色经济发展的支持作用有待提高。(3)金融创新与绿色经济之间整体上存在一定的协同效应,但是二者复合系统的协同度呈现周期性变化,金融创新与绿色经济子系统的发展速度并不协调,说明二者在短期内存在明显的资源错配现象。

To explore the synergies between financial innovation and green economy in the context of“double carbon”goal is an inherent requirement for high-quality economic development.Based on the time series data of Gansu Province from 2010 to 2019,the CVM-AHP model is used to measure the order parameters.The study found:(1)The degree of order of financial innovation and green economy subsystem both develop upward,but they show different characteristics,indicating that their development is not consistent.(2)The orderly degree of financial innovation and green economy increases with time,and the orderly growth rate of the subsystem of green economy is higher than the orderly growth rate of the subsystem of financial innovation,indicating that green economy plays an obvious role in promoting the demand of financial innovation,and the supporting role of financial innovation in the development of green economy needs to be improved.(3)There is a certain synergistic effect between financial innovation and green economy,but the degree of synergy of the complex system will change periodically,and the development speed of financial innovation and green economy is not coordinated,indicating that there is an obvious resource mismatch between the two in the short term.
