广西市域生态文明建设与城镇化耦合协调分析

Analysis on the Coupling and Coordination of City Ecological Civilization Construction and Urbanization in Guangxi

以广西域内14市为评价单位,采用综合评价模型、耦合协调度模型和相对发展度模型对广西生态文明建设与城镇化水平进行全面评价,并测度它们之间的耦合协调状态。研究结果表明:(1)2010—2020年生态文明建设与城镇化建设水平提升均十分显著,但其协调发展不平衡、不充分。(2)耦合协调发展水平有较大提高。2010年广西14市均处于拮抗阶段,而2020年则有9个城市处于协调阶段,有5个城市处于磨合阶段。(3)广西生态文明建设总体上滞后于城市化。2010年广西12个城市生态文明建设超前于城市化,只有2个城市生态文明建设滞后于城市化。而到了2020年生态文明建设滞后的城市就达到了8个,仅剩1个城市生态文明建设超前。(4)2010—2020年广西各城市生态文明建设与城镇化耦合协调发展类型发生了巨大变化,由2010年的大量Ⅲ型、少量Ⅰ型,演变成2020年的5种类型即Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ。

Taking 14 cities in Guangxi as the evaluation units,the comprehensive evaluation model,coupling coordination degree model and relative development degree model are used to comprehensively evaluate the level of ecological civilization construction and urbanization in Guangxi,and measure the coupling coordination state between them.The study results show that:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the level of ecological civilization construction and urbanization construction has been significantly improved,but their coordinated development is unbalanced and inadequate.(2)The level of coupling and coordinated development has been greatly improved.In 2010,14 cities in Guangxi were in the antagonistic stage;While in 2020,9 cities were in the coordination stage and 5 cities were in the running-in stage.(3)The construction of ecological civilization in Guangxi generally lags behind urbanization.In 2010,the ecological civilization construction of 12 cities in Guangxi was ahead of urbanization,and only 2 cities lagged behind urbanization.By 2020,the number of cities lagging behind in the construction of ecological civilization has reached 8,and only 1 city is ahead in the construction of ecological civilization.(4)From 2010 to 2020,the coupling and coordinated development type of ecological civilization construction and urbanization in various cities in Guangxi has changed greatly,from a large number of typeⅢand a small number of typeⅠin 2010 to five types in 2020,namelyⅣ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ.
