《数据中心用刚性印制电路板规范》标准介绍

摘要 随着人工智能(AI)及5G通信等技术飞速发展,数据中心行业规模迅速增长。相较于普通印制电路板(PCB),数据中心用刚性印制电路板(RPCB)对信号传导要求比较严,主要体现为对阻抗、插损、尺寸涨缩、背钻工艺等要求更高,而这类要求行业内目前并无统一通用规范,因此,建立数据中心用RPCB的验收标准需求迫切。主要介绍团体标准T/CPCA—6047《数据中心用刚性印制电路板规范》的制定背景、编制过程、主要内容及意义。希望该标准能更好地适应技术的发展,为行业提供相应的参考与支持。 With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)and 5G communication,the scale of the data center industry is growing rapidly.Compared with ordinary printed boards,rigid printed boards in data centers have stricter requirements for signal transmission,mainly reflected in higher requirements for impedance,insertion loss,size expansion and contraction,and back drilling technology.However,there is currently no unified and universal specification for these requirements in the industry.Therefore,there is an urgent need to establish acceptance standards for rigid printed boards in data centers.This article mainly introduces the background,process,main content,and significance of the development of the group standard T/CPCA 6047“Specification of Rigid Printed Board for Data Center”.We hope that this standard can better adapt to the development of technology and provide corresponding reference and support for the industry.
