摘要
大连湾海底隧道是大型综合性集群工程,涉及的工程专业多、结构复杂、施工作业面广、交叉作业多、工期任务紧、资源投入密集、安全风险高。在沉管隧道施工的不同阶段,存在大量的交叉作业,为保证沉管隧道施工顺利平稳进行,梳理安全责任,预防和杜绝生产安全事故发生,深入分析管内作业安全管理要点,制定一系列适用于沉管隧道管内施工安全管理的方法,对隧道交界口管理、有限空间、车辆设备、职业健康、动火作业、消防管理、应急管理等进行分析,保障了海底隧道施工顺利开展,为今后类似工程提供安全管理借鉴经验。
Dalian Bay immersed tunnel is a large-scale comprehensive cluster project,involving many engineering specialties,complex structure,wide range of construction operations,multiple cross-operations,tight schedule tasks,intensive resource investment,and high safety risk.In different stages of immersed tunnel construction,there are a large number of cross operations.In order to ensure smooth and stable construction of immersed tunnel,sort out safety responsibilities,prevent and eliminate production safety accidents,deeply analyze the main points of safety management of operation in tubes,develop a series of safety management methods in tubes suitable for immersed tunnel construction,and analyze tunnel interface management,limited space,vehicle equipment,occupational health,hot operation,fire management,emergency management,etc.It ensures the smooth development of the construction of the immersed tunnel,and provides safety management reference experience for similar projects in the future.
