协同护理联合心理护理对行化学治疗的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者心理弹性的影响

Effect of cooperative nursing combined with psychological nursing on psychological resilience of patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy

目的 分析非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者在行化学治疗(简称“化疗”)过程中接受协同护理及心理护理的效果。方法 选取2021年1~12月福建医科大学附属协和医院收治的82例行化疗的非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例),分别实施常规护理和协同护理联合心理护理。对比2组的心理弹性、化疗不良反应、生活质量及心理创伤。结果 护理7 d及出院时,测定2组的心理弹性量表各维度评分、创伤后成长评定量表评分及生活质量综合评定量表评分,观察组的测定数值均较同期对照组更高(P均<0.05)。观察组的化疗不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者在化疗期间接受协同护理和心理护理,不仅可以调节心理状态,且在生活质量提升及不良反应减少方面均有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the effect of cooperative nursing combined with psychological nursing on the non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients during chemotherapy.Methods A total of 82 non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients who underwent chemotherapy at Fujian Medical University Union Hospital from January to December 2021 were enrolled and allocated into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41)by random number table method.They were given routine nursing and cooperative nursing combined with psychological nursing,respectively.The psychological resilience,adverse reactions of chemotherapy,quality of life,and psychological trauma were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of nursing and at discharge,the scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory,and the Short Form-36 Health Survey in the two groups were measured,and the observation group achieved higher scores than the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of chemotherapy adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing combined with psychological nursing not only can regulate the psychological status of non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients undergoing chemotherapy,but also has a positive impact on improving the quality of life and reducing the adverse reactions.
