中医综合护理策略在脑梗死合并肢体功能障碍患者中的应用价值

Application value of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy in cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction

目的 探讨对脑梗死合并肢体功能障碍患者应用中医综合护理策略的效果。方法 选择2021年8月至2022年8月在江苏省常熟市中医院接受治疗的84例脑梗死合并肢体功能障碍患者,根据数字动态随机法将其分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。其中对照组给予常规西医护理措施,观察组实施中医综合护理策略进行干预。比较2组患者的免疫功能[外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD_4~+、CD_8~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+)]、肢体运动功能(FMA)、神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)、日常生活能力(BI)以及生活质量(WHOQOL)。结果 干预30 d后,观察组的FMA、BI、WHOQOL各项得分,以及CD_4~+水平、CD_4~+/CD_8~+均高于对照组,NIHSS得分、CD_8~+水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05),2组上述指标均较本组干预前明显改善(P均<0.05)。结论 针对脑梗死合并肢体功能障碍患者实施中医综合护理策略进行干预,可有效改善患者的肢体运动功能和神经功能缺损程度,提高其免疫功能、日常生活能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy on cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction.Methods A total of 84 cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction who received treatment at Jiangsu Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected.They were divided into a control group(42 cases)and an observation group(42 cases)using dynamic randomization.The control group received routine western medicine nursing measures,while the observation group received intervention of the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy.The immune function(peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets[CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+]),limb motor function(FMA),degree of neurological deficits(NIHSS),activities of daily living(BI),and quality of life(WHOQOL)were compared the two groups.Results After 30 days of intervention,the FMA,BI,WHOQOL scores,the CD4+level,and the CD4+/CD8+ratio of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score and the CD8+level were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The above indicators in both groups showed significant improvements compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing strategy in cerebral infarction patients with limb dysfunction can effectively improve the limb motor function and neurological deficits,and enhance the immune function,activities of daily living,and quality of life.
