肥胖产妇剖宫产手术麻醉管理的研究进展

Research progress of anesthesia management incesarean section for maternal obesity

妊娠期产妇肥胖的发病率在全球范围内急剧增加。肥胖产妇病理生理的改变增加了剖宫产手术麻醉相关并发症的发生率和死亡率。本文综述肥胖产妇的病理生理特点及其在麻醉管理的困难与挑战,针对目前对于肥胖产妇麻醉相关并发症的发生机制及预防应对策略进行详细讨论,同时总结产后镇痛管理策略,旨在为更好地提高肥胖产妇剖宫产手术的安全性提供科学理论指导。

The incidence of obesity in pregnant women has been rapidly increasing worldwide,and the incidence and mortality of anesthesia-related complications during cesarean section surgery have been increased by pathophysiological changes of obese parturients.This article reviews the pathophysiological characteristics of obese parturients,as well as their difficulties and challenges in anesthesia management,discusses in detail the mechanisms and prevention strategies of anesthesia-related complications in obese parturients,and summarizes the management strategies of postpartum analgesia,aiming to provide scientific theoretical guidance for better improving the safety of cesarean section in obese parturients.
