摘要
针对包容型领导对员工工作表现的影响难以量化的问题,采用实证研究的方法,构建ESN模型并分析其隐藏层的特点,将包容型领导的特性归纳为开放性、有效性和易接近性并将其对应ESN模型的输入神经元,员工工作表现对应ESN模型的输出神经元。研究表明:包容型领导的开放性、有效性对员工工作表现有显著积极影响;易接近性对员工工作表现影响不显著。研究结论为进一步调动员工工作积极性、提高工作效率提供参考。
To solve the problem that the influence of inclusive leadership on employees'work performance is difficult to quantify,an empirical research method is adopted,an ESN model is constructed and the characteristics of its hidden layer are analyzed.The characteristics of inclusive leadership are summarized as openness,effectiveness and accessibility,and the characteristics correspond to the input neurons of the ESN model,and employees'work performance corresponds to the output neurons of the ESN model.The results show that the openness and effectiveness of inclusive leadership will have a significant positive impact on employees'work performance;accessibility has no significant impact on employee'work performance.The conclusion of this study provides a reference for further mobilizing employees'work enthusiasm and improving work efficiency.
