基于遗传算法的大型矩形压力容器刚强度优化设计

摘要 为了解决矩形压力容器承压能力较差、应力状态较复杂、结构优化设计难度高的难题,利用遗传算法可自适应调整搜索方向这一特性,开展了某矩形特征水洞试验段的刚强度优化设计。厘清了该工程问题的约束条件,开展了结构初步设计,采用手动迭代开展了结构优化设计;并在完成参数化建模与仿真、构建代理模型、建立优化设计流程的基础上,基于遗传算法开展了该水洞试验段的结构优化设计。该方法与初步设计结果相比,减重34.98%;与手动迭代优化设计结果相比,减重10.49%。 In order to resolute the problems of poor pressure-bearing capacity,complex stress state and difficulties in the structural optimization design of rectangular pressure vessels,using the feature that the genetic algorithm can adjust search direction adaptively,the stiffness and strength optimization design of a rectangular-type water tunnel test section was carried out.Firstly,the engineering constraints were clarified and structure preliminary design was completed.Then,structure optimization design was carried out through manual iteration.Finally,after completing the parametric modeling and simulation,constructing surrogate model and establishing optimization design process,the structure optimization design of this water tunnel test using genetic algorithm was carried out.This method reduces weight by 34.98%compared with the preliminary design,and by 10.49%compared with the optimization design through manual iteration.
