摘要
为了揭示工作场所安全违规行为扩散的发生机理,借鉴社会网络理论,构建团队特征(团队内外控构成)和网络特征(网络平均度)共同作用的安全违规行为扩散机理模型。运用多智能体建模仿真方法模拟现实中的社会网络结构和关系演变,并据此探究团队特征和网络特征对安全违规行为扩散的影响机制。结果表明,团队特征(团队内外控构成)和网络特征(网络平均度)对安全违规行为扩散有正向作用,而团队规模调节这一正向关系。
To uncover the mechanisms behind the proliferation of safety violations in workplaces,Based on the principles of social network theory,a model that integrates both group characteristics,specifically the group’s locus of control composition,and network attributes,particularly the average network degree,to elucidate the diffusion of safety violations is proposed.By employing multi-agent modeling and simulation techniques,real-world social network structures and their dynamics are replicated to explore how group and network features influence the diffusion of safety violations.The simulation outcomes suggest that both group characteristics and network attributes positively contribute to the dissemination of safety violations,with the group size acting as a moderator in this relationship.
