全球电商数据技术的知识流动网络构建与分析——基于发明专利的实证

Construction and Analysis of Knowledge Flow Network of Global E-commerce Data Technology:Empirical Evidence Based on Invention Patents

摘要 为刻画全球电子商务领域的知识跨境流动特征,选取电商数据技术的发明专利数据,基于“知识生产-知识传播-知识消费”的知识流动分析框架,构建发明人跨境合作网络、申请人跨境合作网络、专利国际申请网络、同族专利跨境申请网络、专利跨境引证网络和专利跨境转让网络,对6类网络的结构特征、相关关系及回归关系进行测算、检验和分析。结果显示:电商数据技术的6类知识流动网络均具有小世界特征,网络间存在一定的正相关关系,其中发明人合作网络与申请人合作网络的相关性最大;美国在各类网络中都处于核心位置,而我国仅在知识传播网络中处于次核心位置,在其他网络中都比较边缘。最后,提出中国电商数据技术领域知识流动网络关系的治理策略。 In order to describe the characteristics of knowledge cross-border flow in the field of global E-commerce,selecting the invention patent data of E-commerce data technology,the inventor cross-border cooperation network,applicant cross-border cooperation network,patent overseas application network,patent family cross-border application network,patent cross-border citation network and patent cross-border transfer network are constructed,based on the knowledge flow analytical framework of“knowledge production-knowledge dissemination-knowledge consumption”.The structural characteristics,correlation and regression relationship of the six types of networks are measured,tested and analyzed.The results show that the six types of knowledge flow networks of E-commerce data technology all have small-world characteristics,and there is a certain positive correlation between the networks.Among them,the correlation between the inventor cross-border cooperation network and the applicant cross-border cooperation network is the largest,the United States is in the core position in all kinds of networks,while China is only in the sub-core position in the knowledge dissemination network,and is relatively marginal in other networks.Finally,the study puts forward the governance strategy of knowledge flow network relationship in the field of E-commerce data technology in China.
