摘要
通过使用用户需求分析的方法,设计一款老年人智能座椅,以满足老人们日益增强地身心健康需求。通过采用文献综述解读、市场调研等方法,明确用户需求和优先级。结合Kano模型对用户需求的满意度进行用户测评,获取全面的数据和信息,并将其转化为可量化和可验证的形式,依据关键性用户需求,进行构建智能座椅的产品功能、结构框架和相关技术原理。本次设计研究为设计师和制造商提供有价值的指导,以开发出更适应老年人需求的智能座椅产品。这将有助于提升老年人的生活质量、促进老龄化社会的可持续发展,并为家具行业的创新提供新的思路和方向。
The aim of this study is to design a smart seat for the elderly to meet the increasing physical and mental health needs of the elderly with user needs analysis approach.Through the literature review interpretation and market research,the user needs and priorities were identified.Combined with the KANO model of user satisfaction with user needs,a user assessment was conducted to obtain comprehensive data and information,which was then translated into a quantifiable and verifiable form to build the product features,structural framework and related technical principles of the smart seat based on key user needs.This design study provides a valuable guidance for designers and manufacturers to develop smart elderly-friendly seating products,which will help to improve the life quality of the elderly,contribute to the sustainable development of an aging society,and provide new ideas and directions for the innovation in the furniture industry.
