家用双层床的不合格率很高,其标准也存在争议。为优化标准内容,收集整理了家用双层床经常出现的质量问题,归纳分类为结构安全性、力学性能、警示说明类标识、有害物质限量、外观和材料等方面的不足。横向比较同类标准,总结相关论文资料:家用双层床标准存在名称与定义逻辑不严谨、部分尺寸指标错误、材料和结构安全技术要求项目少,外观、有害物质限量、表面理化性能缺失等争议。应该规范标准名称、范围和定义,改进安全栏板的中断距离、踏脚板指标;完善结构安全技术要求项目;添加有害物质限量、表面理化性能项目,从而优化双层床标准,保障双层床质量。

Bunk beds for domestic use have a high rate of nonconformity.The controversy over the standard of household bunk beds was summarized by analyzing consumers'demand for quality.Through horizontal comparison of similar standards and in-depth analysis of existing dat,the disputed points were drawn in aspects of logic,technical requirements and detection methods,etc.Finally,related suggestions were put forward in order to optimize the standard of bunk bed and promote industrial development.
