摘要
国外泌尿科高级实践护理模式能有效缓解泌尿科紧张的医疗和人力资源,而我国尚未在泌尿科开展相关领域的探索。通过分析国外泌尿科高级实践护士发展背景、实践模式和效益影响,并结合我国泌尿专科实践的现状,为泌尿科未来实践模式的发展方向提供借鉴。
The advanced nurse practice mode abroad in urology relieved the severe shortage of medical and human resources.However,this practice mode has not been carried out in China.This review analyzes the context of advance practice nurse,scope of practice and added value of the advanced practice nurse in urology,and combined with the current urology nursing practice in China to provide references for the future development direction of urology practice mode.
