基于OBE理念的“战略管理”课程教学改革

将OBE理念融入高等教育教学改革领域,已成为高校立德树人的关键一环。“战略管理”是工商管理专业核心课程之一,在该理念下,本文探讨“战略管理”课程教学改革,分析在传统课程教学中存在的问题,如师资水平与配比不足、教学内容不科学、考核方式单一、教学方法陈旧等,并结合专业培养目标优化教学形式,提出创新教学内容、创新教学模式、创新教学方法、创新考核方式的“四创”改进建议,以期增强学生主动学习意识,提升课程的教学效果,充分体现应用型人才培养要求。

the integration of OBE concept into the field of higher education teaching reform has become a key link in the establishment of moral character in colleges and universities.Under the concept of"Strategic management",one of the core courses of Business Administration,this paper discusses the teaching reform of"Strategic management"and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of traditional courses,such as the lack of teachers,unscientific teaching contents,single examination method and obsolete teaching methods,and combining the training objectives to optimize the teaching form,the innovative teaching content and innovative teaching are put forward,the"Four innovations"of pattern,innovative teaching method and innovative examination mode are suggested in order to enhance the students'active learning consciousness,enhance the teaching effect of the course and fully embody the requirements of cultivating applied talents.
