The academic seminar"Two Traditions,Two Centuries-Zao Wou-Ki in World Art History"invited more than 20 domestic and foreign experts and scholars from China,France and other countries to discuss topics from art history,art world,cultural exchanges,mutual learning among civilizations,etc.perspective,jointly explore the unique significance of Zao Wou-ki's art in world art history,and present Zao Wou-ki's unique influence in themutual learningof Eastern andWestern civilizations and the cultural exchanges between China and France.His work combines two rich traditions.His art uses the tradition of Chinese civilization to open up modern painting,creating a unique oriental atmosphere in the history of world art.It is the highest achievement of the mutual learning between Eastern and Western civilizations in the field of modern art.
