发现·融通:新时代法学专业本科教学中开展国家安全法学教育的路径

Discovery and Integration:the Way to Carry out National Security Legal Education in the Undergraduate Teaching of Law Majors in the New Era

新时代法学教育对深化法学与国家安全学交叉融合、培养法科生的国家安全意识和依法维护国家安全的能力提出了新要求。我国法学专业本科教学中缺乏国家安全法学教育的现状不利于国家安全法学新兴学科的建设和国家安全法治人才的培养。为克服法学专业本科课时量趋于饱和、国家安全法学师资力量不足及相关教材数量较少的问题,本文提出应立足我国法学专业本科教学实际,结合国家安全法学教育的特点,仔细识别发现法学课程中蕴含的国家安全法学内容,精心选择适宜与国家安全法学教育相结合的特定教学内容以实现二者“融通”的路径。

Legal education in the new era puts forward new requirements for deepening the integration of law and national security science,cultivating the awareness of national security for law majors and the ability to safeguard national security according to law.The lack of legal education of national security in the undergraduate teaching of law majors in China is not conducive to the construction of the new disciplines of national security law and the cultivation of legal talents of national security.To solve the problems of the saturation of undergraduate courses of law majors,the shortage of teachers teaching national security law and the small number of related teaching materials,this paper proposes that we should base on the undergraduate teaching practice of law major in China,combine it with the characteristics of national security law education,carefully identify national security law content contained in the law course,and select specific teaching content suitable to combine with national security law education,so as to realize integration of the two.
