In recent years,with the rapid development of Internet economy,the value of e-commerce has gradually become prominent and become a new economic model.The rapid development of e-commerce has optimized the allocation of various resources,promoted the prosperity and development of the market,and made the intellectual property problem of e-commerce platforms increasingly prominent.Some merchants or other entities in the e-commerce platforms infringe on intellectual property rights,which hinders the development of China's ecommerce platforms.In order to promote the orderly development of e-commerce platforms,relevant departments need to strengthen the intellectual property protection of e-commerce platforms,actively improve the intellectual property protection system of e-commerce platforms,and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.Based on this,this paper expounds the content of e-commerce platform of intellectual property protection and characteristics of intellectual property infringement on e-commerce platform,analyzing the significance of intellectual property protection in new era.It also discusses the of intellectual property protection measures for ecommerce platform to provide effective solutions,and promote the healthy and orderly development of electricity industry for e-commerce platform.
