长春市居民对中医药服务的认知度及其影响因素调研

Investigation of Residents’Cognition of TCM Services in Changchun City and its Influencing Factors

为了解长春市居民对中医药服务的基本认知情况,分析其影响因素,采用问卷调查法收集数据,运用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行统计分析。研究结果显示,居民对中医药服务的认知度主要受中医药服务综合评价、中医药治疗路径、中医药服务体验、获知途径、中医治疗依据等因素影响。部分居民对中医药服务存在一定程度的认知偏差,主要在于基层中医药服务人员的技术水平不高,居民获取中医药服务信息的途径较窄。加强对中医药服务的认知与解读,提高中医药人才培养标准,建设中医药服务宣传平台等有利于进一步增强居民对中医药服务的认知。

In order to know the basic situation of residents’cognition of TCM services in Changchun City and analyze its influencing factors,the study does statistical analysis with questionnaire survey and SPSS 23.0 software.The results show that residents’cognition of TCM services is mainly influenced by comprehensive evaluation of TCM services,TCM treatment path,TCM service experience,access to knowledge,and TCM treatment basis,etc.Some residents have a certain degree of cognitive bias towards TCM services.The technical level of grassroots TCM service personnel is not high,and the way for residents to obtain TCM service information is narrow.It is suggested to strengthen the cognition and interpretation of Chinese medicine services,improve the training standards of Chinese medicine talents,and build a Chinese medicine service publicity platform,etc.,so as to further enhance residents’cognition of Chinese medicine services.
